- No Questions Asked: Customers can return or replace the laptop within 20 days of the invoice date without any need for explanation.
- Invoice Date-Based Period: The 20-day period starts from the invoice date. After this, the laptop will be covered under the 3-Year Warranty Policy.
- Refund Timelines: Refunds for returns are processed and initiated within 48 hours of approval. The refund amount will be credited within 7-10 days to the original payment method.
- Replacement Flexibility: If the requested replacement laptop is unavailable, customers can either select an alternative model or opt for a refund.
Conditions for Return and Replacement
- Physical Condition: The laptop must not have any physical damage. Customers should thoroughly inspect the laptop at the time of delivery.
- Electric Short-Circuit Damage: Laptops damaged due to an electricity short circuit post-delivery will not be eligible for return or replacement.
- Liquid Damage: Laptops exposed to liquid spills or any form of water damage will not be accepted for return or replacement.
- Charger Condition: The laptop charger must be in working condition. Faulty chargers will be accepted for return unless the damage is caused by an electric short circuit.
- Security Shield and Stickers: Each laptop comes with a security shield attached to its back. If the shield is removed or tampered with, the laptop is ineligible for return or replacement. Similarly, laptops with damaged or missing manufacturer stickers will not qualify.
- Price Adjustments for Replacements: If the replacement laptop is more expensive, the customer must pay the difference. If the replacement laptop is cheaper, the company will refund the difference to the customer’s account.
- Alternate Support Services: Alternate support is exclusive to corporate clients and is not part of the 20-day Return and Replacement Policy for individual customers.
