Return Window
We offer a 20-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery. Requests raised after this period may not be eligible.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered.
- All accessories, charger, invoice, and packaging must be returned with the device.
- The serial number and physical condition must match our dispatch records.
- Software or usage issues caused after delivery may require technical verification first.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Cases
- Physical damage caused after delivery.
- Missing accessories, altered serial labels, or tampered hardware.
- Issues caused by liquids, electrical surges, or unauthorized repair attempts.
- Products returned without prior request approval from our support team.
Return Process
To request a return, contact our support team with your order ID, issue details, and product images/videos if required. After approval, we will arrange reverse pickup or provide shipping instructions depending on your location.
Exchange Process
If your device qualifies for exchange, LaptopEx will provide a replacement unit of the same or equivalent configuration, subject to stock availability. Replacement dispatch timelines are shared by the support team after quality checks.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected. Refunds are usually completed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping Cost for Returns and Exchanges
If the return/exchange is approved due to a verified product issue, LaptopEx will bear logistics charges. For non-defect related approved returns, shipping charges may be deducted as per policy.
Damaged or Defective Item on Delivery
If you receive a damaged or defective product, report it within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing images/videos. This helps us resolve your case faster.
